If you complete the extension procedure within your current reserved time, we will give you a discount on the extension fee. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for an extension depending on the guide's schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Payment policy: Since payment for this service is made online, matching with a guide is confirmed and fees are charged at the time of pressing the payment button. For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy below. . Privacy policy: The personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Japanese law on the handling of personal information as a good manager. Your personal information will be used only for confirming this payment, matching with a guide, and providing our services. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time is free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours until 24 hours before the reservation time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 100% of the total amount. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the fees incurred when making a refund will be borne by the customer, so the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
